Returns and Refunds are offered in the circumstance that your item is faulty from the manufacturer. Please notify us direct with in 24 hours of receiving the piece if it is found faulty with images in and out of packaging. We do not accept Fault, refund or replace our collection pieces if you have not notified YYT direct within 24 hours of receiving your order as we do not offer any type of warranty on of our collection pieces.
Our pieces are thoroughly checked prior to leaving our warehouse we cannot take any responsibility once the piece or order leaves our warehouse for any breakages or damages during transport/shipping. If you would like to add warranty insurance to your piece whilst being shipped please contact us direct prior to purchasing for a quotation. *please note if you choose not to add warranty your order will not be covered for any breakages or Damages once your order leaves our warehouse with our preferred freight carriers.
Please be advised it is the customers responsibility to pay the return shipping /freights costings of the Piece purchased and being returned if it has been confirmed by YYT that it is faulty.
We do not accept return of goods if the circumstance is change of mind or preference of natural variation in patterned items like, wood, rattan etc. Most Yak and Yeti products are handcrafted, therefore some variation between each piece will be evident and will vary. Due to the construction of our products our oversized rattan and timber items are shipped fully assembled. Please be sure to select & purchase carefully, double check measurements to ensure they will fit through doorways/access points.The surface of natural & handmade pieces is crafted to embrace and enhance the natural grains, textures and differences in each piece these variations are not considered a fault. We do not offer any returns for the above issues that may arise.
Returns and refunds will only be processed once all goods are returned to Yak and Yeti Trader for a closer inspection and are then approved for refund by our team. We endeavour to make every effort to replace the item as soon as possible or we will arrange a full refund if your item is out of stock or If you would prefer a refund please be advised the refund will be on the item only excluding all freight costings as per the Australian Consumer Law.
