Once your order is placed, please allow 6-7 business days for dispatch of your order from our warehouse. Our carrier will notify you with an expected delivery date and relevant tracking information via sms or email so you can track your delivery. If a furniture removalist service has been assigned to you will be provided with a Driver contact phone number. Please be advised if the delivery date changes after your order leaves our warehouse it is out of our control as we use external Freight courier services.
Our freight service is a drop off service to your front door only. Due to the nature of our courier service, they are unable to assist moving furniture items inside your home. Our pieces are delivered already assembled in one piece.
In the circumstance that no one is home to receive your delivery and you are comfortable for your order to be left unattended without the carrier obtaining a signature, please leave a message in the comments section at check out and indicate of a safe place that your order can be left. Yak and Yeti Trader is unable to except responsibility for your order once it is delivered.
Our local Warehouse pick up: Please allow 6-7 business days for dispatch of your order from our warehouse. You will be contacted when your order is ready for collection and notification of our pick up days, time frames and pick up address.
Delivery charges for your item are calculated in the product description at check out for Capital Cities on the East Coast of Australia. If you are out of these areas within Australia. Please contact us to obtain a delivery quote, we will promptly confirm within 24 to 48 hrs. Please note purchases made over the weekend or on a public holiday will be posted on the next business day.
*Our shipping service is optional extra if you would like to use another preferred shipping service we are happy to assist with pick up please give 3-4 days notice prior to pick up and email us direct to with all information to confirm.
We use a variety of trusted logistic partners for shipping services to deliver your pieces safely and promptly. Due to our some of our items being large and oversized and or heavy we have made every effort to absorb as much of the freight costings as much as possible while shipping Australia wide.
Our Delivery service is a standard service only to your front door only or for items on a pallet or curb side delivery. Please note this service does not include unpacking, furniture placement or rubbish removal.
For oversized, bulky, heavy or fragile items you may require a premium service with a special degree of handling and care for your piece. If you require a premium service please contact us via email and we can provide a quotation as this service is not automatically offered on our shipping calculator as displayed on our website.
If your delivery situation after dispatch requires re- delivery – re-direction or extra assistance addition costs will incur. The costs are the responsibility of the purchaser and will be payable to Yak and Yeti Trader prior to the delivery being finalised.
Oversized/ Heavy Items

If an item is oversized or heavy this will be detailed in the product description. Please allow a minimum of 2 working days for a shipping quotation to be sent out. Purchases made over the weekend or on a public holiday will be posted on the next business day. Please note that orders being shipped to remote areas may injure additional postage costs.
Our international Shipping is calculated in Australian Dollars it does not include import duties or taxes this is based on country –specific to the designated delivery address. This is payable by the client which will be advised to you via the carrier.
