WHOLESALE TERMS OF TRADE
FREIGHT
Our Freight is calculated and applied to your order before invoicing & payment this is no not included in the item pricing. International orders will receive a freight quote before your order is shipped. Please be advised import duties and taxes are based on country –specific to the designated delivery address. This is payable by the Wholesale, Trade, Stockist this will be advised to you via the carrier. If an order is placed for both backorder and in-stock items, the order will be split to ship in-stock unless advised otherwise. Pieces that are unavailable will be placed on backorder they will be dispatched once the items are back in stock. Shipping fees apply to each separate order.
MINIMUM SPEND
A minimum spend applies for all wholesale orders the minimum amount is $200.00
RETURNS
Returns and Refunds are only offered in the circumstance that your item is damaged, broken or faulty when you receive it. Please notify us immediately via phone or email within the first 24 hours of receiving the item please take a photo and send via email with your invoice number. We do not accept return of goods if the circumstance is change of mind or preference of natural variation in patterned items like, wood, rattan etc. Most Yak and Yeti products are handcrafted, therefore some variation between each piece will be evident and will vary. The surface of natural & handmade pieces is crafted to embrace and enhance the natural grains, textures and differences in each piece these variations are not considered a fault. Due to the construction of the product, our oversized rattan and timber items are shipped fully assembled. Please select your piece carefully be sure to request your customer / client to double check measurements to ensure they will fit through doorways/access points.Our freight service is a drop off service to your front door only. Due to the nature of our courier service, they are unable to assist moving furniture items inside your home. We offer a PREMIUM SERVICE for those who require extra assistance. Please get in touch via hello@yakandyetitrader.com to discuss our options that may suit your needs.We cannot take any responsibility for any breakage during transport one the order has left our warehouse.
Please be advised it is the wholesaler, stockist or customers responsibility to pay for return freight / shipping of the piece to our warehouse we do not cover this costing.
Returns and refunds will be processed once all goods are returned to Yak and Yeti Trader for a closer inspection and are then approved for refund by our team. We endeavour to make every effort to replace the item as soon as possible or we will arrange a full refund if your item is out of stock or If you would prefer a refund please be advised the refund will be on the item only excluding freight as per the Australian Consumer Law.
CANCELATIONS
All orders are final and cannot be cancelled once the order has been confirmed and the final invoice has been generated.
PRICING
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars and they include GST. Yak and Yeti Trader reserve the right to change the pricing at any time without any notice unless already invoiced.
Stockists may apply their own pricing but must not retail under the set RRP that is listed on our website www.yakandyetitrader.com unless the item is listed as being on sale we kindly request to be informed of this in writing prior.
PAYMENT TERMS
We accept VISA and MasterCard or EFT only for Wholesale and Trade orders. All orders are on pre- payment terms. All stocked items will be immediately shipped out once payment is received. Pre Orders and Custom Orders require a payment in full at time of order.
DISTRIBUTION
Yak and Yeti Trader must not be sold on any online market places as eBay, Etsy etc this is not accepted and breaches our distribution policy. Pieces can only be advertised or sold on an a approved stockist website.
PRE-ORDERS / BACK ORDERS
Delivery dates are a approximate and for guidance only. We will make all efforts try to get your order dispatched as soon as possible. As our pieces handmade
sometimes we are affected by delays outside of our control. We reserve the right to cancel the production of any of the products in our collection. In this circumstance the payment that was received for the order will refunded to the stockist if applicable
COPYRIGHT & MARKETING
All of Yak and Yeti Traders Product images and campaign images pieces within our collection are subject to copyright and are the property of Yak and Yeti trader. If you are a approved stockist and would like to use some of our images for promotion purposes please request approval in writing.
As a wholesale client or stockist we require you to keep the integrity of branding Yak and Yeti Trader. Please ensure all pieces clearly displayed in your space and securely have attached any marketing supplied such as a swing tag at all times in the showroom , point of sale and delivery.
SALE EVENTS
Yak and Yeti Trader have the right to place a sale on the collection pieces at any one time without any given notice in advance in writing to any of our Trade, Interior Design/ Architect, Wholesale and Stockists.
Sales on all our pieces are permitted for Yak and Yeti Trader only. A request must be submitted in writing if you would like to place one of our pieces on sale.
AGREEMENT/TERMS
Once your order is placed with Yak and Yeti trader you are agreeing to the above terms and conditions.
